B Secure Social Responsibility

We at B Secure believe in social upliftment and the general well-being of people in our communities. We are committed to providing essential services to those less fortunate while equipping essential service providers with the necessary skills needed to perform their functions. Our direct involvement in social programmes enables us to provide communities with the relevant knowledge and tools to get the job done.

These skills development programmes create awareness and empowers people from all walks of life. B Secure voluntarily provides the Western Cape Metro Ambulance Service with a fully equipped Advanced Life Support (ALS) paramedic. Our paramedic is assigned a designated area and shift by the Metro Ambulance Service and is dispatched to, often life threatening, medical emergency cases situated in Cape Town and the surrounding informal settlements. Medical emergencies range from injuries sustained in motor vehicle collisions to potentially fatal illnesses in infants. Basic Life Support (BLS) paramedics accompany our paramedic on the ambulance where they receive in-service training and first-hand medical emergency response training. This training forms part of their vital and compulsory paramedical training and equips them with the necessary skills and knowledge to save lives.

We understand that our people are our future and that education is the key to a brighter tomorrow for all. B Secure conducts first aid training courses to interested groups and people living in areas situated great distances from medical facilities and emergency services. This training ensures that they are able to effectively handle medical emergencies prior to the emergency services arrival. We also provide courses, specifically designed for parents, in the proper care of newborn infants and train volunteer victim support councillors to deal with trauma related incidents. These programmes are designed to create awareness and promote responsibility in our communities. B Secure cares!
