B Secure management would like to inform residents residing in the Upper Claremont and Bishops Court areas that there may be increases in criminal activity due to no street lights in the said area. The darkness provides criminals with adequate concealment and we are currently taking the necessary steps to ensure that the area remains safe during this period. Our management team have also been informed that criminal syndicates are aware of this problem and have begun operating in the affected areas. We have contacted the authorities to notify them of the situation and were informed that they were unaware of the problem - Reference number 1002139595/08/16. Please contact the Electricity Department should you wish to report the matter and state the Reference number given. Our security duty manager will be in the area to assess the situation this evening. We will continue to remain proactive when conducting our duties and will keep you updated on the situation.
