B Secure is very aware of the demands placed on production companies during the production phase and whilst on location. Expensive equipment is often used during this phase and both the cast and the crew are exposed to criminal elements due to the nature of such productions. We have the necessary expertise and resources to provide your shoot with the correct service requirements. Our fully equipped paramedics and security personnel are able to fulfil these requirements and thus ensuring the success of your production.
Security Services
Basic security guards are armed with pepper spray and a baton, if necessary:
- Protection of assets and equipment
- Guarding designated parking areas
- Providing all round general security for sets.
Senior security personnel better trained to fulfil more complex tasks:
- Meeting and greeting high profile cast and guests
- Film equipment; catering equipment and wardrobe facility protection
Our executive security personnel are highly trained professionals who are armed with non-lethal and/or lethal weapons. These officers have an official service background and are able to perform high level security tasks:
- Close protection
- Meeting VIP at airports and hotels
- Managing security teams required to perform highly skilled functions
Paramedical Services
B Secure offer three levels of life support paramedical services. Our skill set and experience will guarantee you peace of mind and our commitment to saving lives will ensure your production is a safe one. Our paramedical services include:
- Basic life support paramedics – equipped with all equipment as per BLS protocol, governed by the Health Professions Counsel of South Africa (HPCSA), along with AED’s.
- Intermediate life support paramedics – equipped with all equipment as per ILS protocol, governed by the HPCSA, along with AED’s or Monitor Defibrillators.
- Advanced life support paramedics – equipped with all equipment as per ALS protocol, governed by the HPCSA, along with Advanced Life Support Defibrillator, advanced airway management equipment and advanced drug therapy. Advanced life support practitioners are permitted to perform invasive procedures on children from neonate to eight years of age.
