B Secure offer three levels of life support paramedical services. Our skill set and experience will guarantee you peace of mind and our commitment to saving lives will ensure your production is a safe one. Our paramedical services include:

• Basic life support paramedics – equipped with all equipment as per BLS protocol, governed by the Health Professions Counsel of South Africa (HPCSA), along with AED’s.
• Intermediate life support paramedics – equipped with all equipment as per ILS protocol, governed by the HPCSA, along with AED’s or Monitor Defibrillators.
• Advanced life support paramedics – equipped with all equipment as per ALS protocol, governed by the HPCSA, along with Advanced Life Support Defibrillator, advanced airway management equipment and advanced drug therapy. Advanced life support practitioners are permitted to perform invasive procedures on children from neonate to eights years of age.
